Returns, Cancellations, Replacement and Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review our policy on Returns, Cancellations, Replacement and Refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can be requested for “Confirmed” orders and only prior to the products being shipped. The status of the order can be seen on the ‘My Orders’ page ( )

“Confirmed” Orders will have a Cancel button below it. This “Cancel” button will be available for 24 hours post confirmation of order or till the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

You can click on the “Cancel” button to cancel the order. Cancellation will be instantaneous and you will get a cancellation confirmation message on Whatsapp from the number +91 8072715063


How can I return/replace my orders?

Returns and Replacements can be requested within 7 days of delivery of the order, for the following reasons

  • Wrong products delivered
  • Missing products in the order
  • Damaged products delivered
  • Expired products delivered
  • (in rare cases) if products cause allergic reactions/do not suit your body

You can raise a request to return/replace your order by contacting our customer happiness team through the following channel (between 10 AM – 7 PM).

We would request you to share the images of the products when you send us an email.

How are returns/replacements processed?

  • Once we receive a return/replacement request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product. This will be arranged within 2 working days of raising the return/replacement request
  • In case our reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, we will request you to self-ship the products through any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse you the courier charges to your Bank Account
  • We request you to please send the product along with all accompanying material and original packaging
  • Once we receive the products, we will quickly process the refunds/replacements. Please note that if the replacement product is unavailable, we will process a refund


How are refunds processed?

The following is applicable for prepaid orders

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed into your bank account. . This amount will reflect in your wallet within 24 hours of cancellation
  • Refunds for returns will be initiated within 2 working days of receipt of the returned items. This refund will be processed into your Bank Account.
  • Refunds for edited orders will be processed into your Bank Account – for instance, prepaid orders which have been subsequently edited to remove certain items.
  • You will get communication on Whatsapp with a confirmation of credit of refund to your Bank Account
  • The validity of the refunds in the wallet will be for 1 year from the date of credit of the refund into your wallet
  • You can see details of your Bank Account, with the transaction and refund history here
